Ⅰ： Overview

ZJQ submersible slurry pump is the motor and water pump coaxial into the media to work in the water conservancy machinery, the product selection of fine materials, advanced structure, wide overflow channel, sewage capacity. The series of products is to absorb foreign advanced technology design and manufacturing. In addition to the main impulsion, the water pump adds a set of stirring impeller to the bottom, which can spray the precipitated sludge into turbulence, which is the pump can achieve high concentration transport without auxiliary devices. The operating reliability of the unique sealing device greatly extends its service life. The electrode uses overheat protection, according to the user's requirements can increase near water detection and other protective devices, can be in poor operating conditions for a long time.

Ⅱ： The structural features and working principle:

ZJQ-type submersible slurry pump for the pump and motor coaxial one, working through the motor shaft to drive the rotation of the pump impeller, the energy is transmitted to the slurry medium, so that it produces a certain flow rate, drive the flow of solids, to achieve the transport of the slurry.

Its main features are as follows:

1, the whole machine for the dry motor under the pump structure. The motor is protected by mechanical seals, which effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the inner cavity of the motor.

2, in addition to the main impulsion, there is also a stirring imperm, can be precipitated in the bottom of the sludge stirred into turbulence after extraction.

3, impeller, mixing impeller and other major overflow components using high wear-resistant material manufacturing, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, no clogging, sewage capacity, can effectively pass through larger solid particles.

4, not limited by suction, slag efficiency is high, silting more thorough.

5, no need to be equipped with auxiliary vacuum pump, investment is cheaper.

6, no need to be equipped with auxiliary stirring or spraying device, the operation is easier.

7, the motor dived underwater, without the need to build complex ground protection and fixation devices, management is easier.

8, the stirring impeller directly contacts the deposition surface, and the concentration is controlled by the depth of the dive, so the concentration control is freer.
