Continuous casting roller surfacing welding wire Description: ZT-YD1CR13NI2MOVN B is a continuous casting roller surfacing welding wire using CO2 gas protection, using DC reverse connection. The wire welding has good process performance, stable arc, small splash, beautiful weld forming, easy slag removal, high welding efficiency, surfacing tissue for martensite plus a small amount of ferrite.
Generally use carbon dioxide gas or 80% argon gas +20% carbon dioxide protection. Usage: Used for surfacing continuous casting machine foot roller, roller roller, etc., can also be used for wear axle, gear, mixer blades, walking active wheel and so on.
