HZH Radial Plunger Hydraulic Motor Parameters

HZH series hydraulic motor can be widely used in plastic machinery, light industrial machinery, metallurgical machinery, mining machinery, lifting and transportation equipment, heavy machinery, petroleum and coal mining machinery, ship deck machinery, machine tools, geological drilling equipment and other machinery hydraulic transmission system. Especially suitable for lifting winch, drum machinery, all kinds of rotary machinery.

HZH series hydraulic motor shell strength increases, the internal dynamic component load capacity increases. This feature gives the motors a high continuous power range. Due to the high mechanical efficiency and volumetric efficiency, while reducing the internal unit load, heat generation and the associated negative effects are reduced. Its main features are as follows:

1, because there is no side force between the piston and the pendulum cylinder, the bottom of the piston is designed to be static pressure balance, and the torque is transmitted between the piston and the crankshaft through the rolling bearing, which reduces the friction loss in the process of force transmission. Therefore, the HZH series hydraulic motor has the characteristics of high mechanical efficiency and high starting torque (mechanical efficiency of more than 92% when starting).

2, the plane valve is simple and reliable, good sealing, little leakage. The plastic piston seal between the piston and the swing cylinder is leak-free, so it has a high volumetric efficiency (up to 98%).

3, due to the structural reduction of friction loss, improve the sealing performance, so the low speed stability is good, can operate smoothly under 10r/min conditions, wide speed range (speed adjustment ratio up to 1000).

4, because there is no gap between the piston and the bearing sleeve through the clamp ring, the series of hydraulic motors can operate under pump conditions, when the oil inlet is closed, the motor can operate at high speed under free wheel conditions.

5, the series of hydraulic motor pressure is high, the highest pressure can reach 31.5MPa. Light weight, small size, high power.

6, due to the simple structure, reasonable design, the use of bearings with large capacity, so reliable work, long life, low noise, the drive shaft allows to withstand radial force, reversible rotation direction.
