ZLB Type Vertical Axial Flow Pump Parameters

The ZLB pump is a single-stage vertical axial flow pump, suitable for pumping clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The maximum temperature of the liquid is 50°C.

ZLB vertical axial flow pump is a vane type pump, which has the characteristics of large flow, low head, high specific revolution, high efficiency, small footprint, variable performance parameters, and suitable for low water level conditions. Therefore, it often becomes the preferred pump type for agricultural drainage and irrigation, urban water supply and drainage, thermal power plant transmission of circulating water and other projects.

1. Basic structure and function
The water flowing through the suction pool through the suction horn tube, because the impeller blade in the impeller room forces the water to rotate, so that the water enters the guide vane body, carries out energy conversion and generates head, flows through the pump barrel and is discharged from the drainage bend. The pump is connected to the intermediate shaft by a coupling (rigid). The bearing under the motor support bears the full downward axial force of the rotor. The intermediate shaft is connected with the motor shaft by elastic coupling.

Fixed axial flow pump - impeller (hub body) and blade for the whole structure, the blade is not adjustable;

Semi-regulating vane axial flow pump - impeller (hub body) and blade for the combined structure can only be shut down, remove the blade adjustment blade placement Angle (such as 0°, ±2°, ±4°, ±6°, ±8°), the Angle of the adjustment is stepped;

Fully regulated vane axial flow pump - through a set of regulating mechanism (mechanical or hydraulic), the pump can be operated by manual, electric, computer control, etc., stepless adjustment of blade placement Angle.
