So far, this series of mud pumps have successfully provided dozens of domestic cutter suction dredgers of 80m3/h-5000m3/h, which are used in the Yangtze River Basin, the Yellow River Basin, the Pearl River Delta, the Huai River Basin and other rivers, lakes and seas in my country. The dredging and dredging of the port and wharf and the reclamation of land from the sea have made great contributions.

During 2006-2012, our company successively provided 10000m3/h trailing suction hopper dredgers, 11000m3/h trailing suction hopper dredgers, and 18000m3/h trailing suction hopper dredgers, and received good economic and social benefits. This series of ships is operating in good condition.


Structural characteristics

1)Simple structure
200WN-500WN pump adopts single pump casing, single stage single suction cantilever horizontal structure, according to the connection mode of the gear box, two typical structures can be provided, that is, the built-in bracket type and the pump box integrated type, and the built-in bracket type. The lubrication method is grease lubrication.
600WN-1200WN, TK1000, and TK1200 cabin pumps adopt double pump casings, single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal structure, built-in bracket, and the lubrication method is forced thin oil lubrication. The underwater pump adopts a single pump shell structure to reduce the weight of the pump and facilitate the lifting and moving.

2)The front disassembly type is equipped with special tools, which is easy to disassemble and maintain, and is convenient for maintenance.
