HH-Type Slurry Pump is a cantilever, centrifugal pump. It adopts horizontal and vertical axial double pump casing structure, with cemented carbide lining, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability. The product has the characteristics of reasonable structure, reliable operation and long life. It is especially suitable for medium to high concentration, strong abrasion, and high lift conditions.

Structural characteristics

High-lift centrifugal slurry pump.

It adopts horizontal and vertical axial double pump casing structure, with cemented carbide lining, which has good abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability.

High-efficiency cemented carbide impeller has a lower required NPSHr.

The cylindrical structure bearing assembly adopts high-capacity bearing design. The bearing adopts grease lubrication and oil lubrication to adapt to different operating conditions.

The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure the efficient operation of the pump.

The shaft seal adopts packing seal, sub-impeller seal and cartridge mechanical seal to meet the requirements of different working conditions.

The pump and the driving machine can choose direct drive, V-belt drive, hydraulic coupling drive, and reducer drive.

The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at 8 angles to adapt to different on-site installation conditions.

Multi-pole series can be used to meet the requirements of long-distance transportation.
