The KZG series slurry pump is a cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump. It is suitable for transporting strong abrasive and high-concentration slag slurry in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials, nonferrous metals, dredging, desulfurization and other industrial sectors. This type of pump can also be used in multiple stages in series.

Structural characteristics

It adopts horizontal and vertical axial double pump casing structure, with cemented carbide or rubber lining, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability.

Carbide or rubber impeller, and has a lower required NPSHr.

The cylindrical structure bearing assembly adopts high-capacity bearing design. The bearing adopts grease lubrication and oil lubrication to adapt to different operating conditions.

The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure the operation of the pump

The shaft seal adopts packing seal, sub-impeller seal and cartridge mechanical seal to meet the requirements of different working conditions.

The impurity pump and the driving machine can choose direct drive, V-belt drive, hydraulic coupling drive, and reducer drive.

The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at 8 angles to adapt to different on-site installation conditions.
