Cross roller bearing
Cross roller bearing is a special type of bearing, whose structure is characterized by inner ring division and outer ring rotation. Due to the cross-arranged design of the rollers, this bearing can withstand loads from all directions with only one set of shaft rings, which significantly improves its rigidity and provides higher rotation accuracy than conventional bearings.
The cross roller bearing is mainly composed of an outer ring, an inner ring, a rolling element, a seal, a retainer, a mounting hole and an oil hole. Among them, the rolling body is a cylindrical roller, and the rollers inside the raceway are cross-arranged in a 1:1 ratio, which makes the bearing able to withstand axial force, radial force and overturning moment at the same time. In order to adjust the gap, a retainer is usually used to achieve this.
In terms of accuracy, the accuracy levels of cross roller bearings are usually divided into P5, P4 and P2. In terms of material, it can choose 42CrMo, bearing steel GCr15 or stainless steel 9Cr18.
