Compound roller bearing
The composite roller bearing, also known as the composite roller bearing, is assembled by the axial and radial roller bearings, which has the advantages of reducing the bearing volume, simplifying the installation structure and reducing manufacturing costs.
The composite roller bearing consists of an inner ring, an outer ring, a rolling element and a bearing seat. The rolling body is usually made of copper alloy or polytetrafluoroethylene material, the inner and outer rings are made of steel or other metal materials, and the bearing seat is made of high-strength plastic or metal materials. This kind of bearing can move in both axial and radial directions at the same time, which effectively solves the problem of bearing selection in small space.
The composite roller bearing has the characteristics of large bearing capacity, long life, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, etc., which is suitable for heavy load, high speed and complex working conditions. In addition, it also has good self-lubrication performance, can work continuously at room temperature for a long time without additional lubrication. At the same time, its wear resistance and corrosion resistance are also excellent, especially in acid and alkali environments.
Composite roller bearings are widely used in metallurgy, logistics, automation and other fields. Due to the strong replaceable parts, the shaft head only needs to be welded in the mounting plate hole, and the entire bearing does not need to be disassembled, which makes it more convenient and efficient in practical applications.
