W4-50-92-18-ZPG Hydraulic Winch Parameters
The W4-50-92-18-ZPG hydraulic winch uses foreign advanced technology, which consists of a variety of integrated valve blocks with a one-way balance valve and a high-pressure shuttle valve that controls the brakes. Low-speed hydraulic motor, Z-type brake, ZGFT type or ZGFB planetary reducer, reel and rack and other components, the user only need to be equipped with pumping station and commutator valve can be. Because the winch comes with its own valve set, it not only simplifies the hydraulic system but also improves the working reliability of the transmission device.
W4-50-92-18-ZPG said the planetary reducer gear modulus is 4, the first layer of the winch rated tensile force of 50KN, the capacity of the rope is 92 meters, the diameter of the steel rope is 18MM, with multi-chip brakes and one-way balance valve, with the inner five-star hydraulic motor drive.
Note:
1. The total displacement is the oil supply per turn of the reel, the working pressure difference for the winch when working A, B two import and export pressure difference;
2. Oil supply flow is the theoretical flow of the pump, that is, when considering the system volume efficiency of 0.9, the calculation of the income;
3. The amount of the rope is the theoretical capacity of the winch, the actual allowable effective amount of rope should be considered to retain 3 laps of the wire rope to prevent rope head from stripping;
4. When the system pressure exceeds 16Mpa, enter the brake should be set up pressure relief valve, the system back to the oil back pressure greater than 1Mpa, brake control loop should be set up two-bit three-way sequential valve, so that when braking conditions, brake cylinder directly through the fuel tank;
5. This series of winch can be with the pressure rope mechanism and the last three laps of wire rope anti-rope alarm device, rope and speed shaft (this is the option, the user orders optional);
6. Hydraulic motor leakage oil must be directly back to the fuel tank, not allowed to connect with the main return oil.
